Terms & Conditions 

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A booking is only confirmed once the full retreat fee of £3,000 has been paid in full.
1.2. All prices are in GBP and include accommodation, select meals, retreat facilitation, and scheduled activities as described in the retreat details.
1.3. Flights and personal travel costs to/from the retreat location are not included and must be arranged and paid for by you (the participant).

2. Contract Formation

2.1. A contract between you and Lunara Rising comes into existence when we confirm receipt of full payment and issue a booking confirmation email.
2.2. Until such confirmation is sent, no contract exists, and payments may be refunded in full.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
3.2. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule relative to the retreat start date:

• More than 30 days before the retreat: Full refund of all amounts paid, minus a £150 administration fee.

• 15–30 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the retreat fee.

• Less than 15 days before the retreat: No refunds will be issued.

3.3. Once the retreat has begun, no refunds or partial refunds will be given for missed days, late arrival, or early departure.

3.4. We strongly recommend that participants secure travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. This is your responsibility.

3.5. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued via the same payment method used for booking, within 30 days of receiving written cancellation.

4. Transfer of Booking

4.1. Should you wish to transfer your booking to another person, this may be possible at our discretion, subject to written approval and an administration fee of £100.
4.2. Transfers are not guaranteed and depend on retreat availability.

5. Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Lunara Rising

5.1. We reserve the right to modify the retreat program, schedule, or retreat venue due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, government restrictions).
5.2. In the unlikely event that Lunara Rising must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, but we are not responsible for refunding travel costs, accommodation not included in the retreat, or other incidental expenses.
5.3. You may choose to transfer your payment to another scheduled retreat date instead of receiving a refund.

6. No Show & Early Departure

6.1. No refunds will be made for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services.

7. Liability & Insurance

7.1. You acknowledge that participation in a retreat involves physical, mental, and emotional activities. Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for assessing your own suitability.
7.2. You agree to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal effects, and any adverse events.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. Lunara Rising is not liable for failure to perform, or for loss or damage arising from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government actions.

9. Data & Privacy

9.1. We collect personal information necessary for retreat delivery (emergency contacts, dietary needs, health information). Your data will be stored securely and not shared without consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising under these T&Cs must be brought in the courts of England & Wales.
